Terms & messaging program
Last updated: August 15, 2026
DamnSuper is the maintenance-request and record system your building’s property management company uses to answer repair requests: you report a problem, the system relays it to your building’s staff in their language, and every step becomes part of a timed record. These terms cover your use of the service and describe the DamnSuper text-messaging program.
DamnSuper Repair Updates — text-messaging program
Program name: DamnSuper Repair Updates.
Program description: transactional and informational text messages about your maintenance requests — when a visit is scheduled, changed, or completed, and when the status of a request you filed changes. No marketing messages.
- Opting in is voluntary. Text updates are off by default and are turned on only by you, from your own settings. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of creating an account, filing a repair request, or receiving service.
- Message frequency: up to 10 messages per month, varying with activity on your requests.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming the opt-out, and no further texts unless you opt in again.
- For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact support@damnsuper.ai.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- How your information is handled — including that mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing — is described in our privacy policy.
Using the service
- Your account is provisioned by your property management company and is yours alone — keep your sign-in to yourself.
- Use the service for genuine maintenance requests and the communication around them. Content that is unlawful, abusive, or unrelated to building operations may be removed and your access may be suspended by your property management company.
- Photos and descriptions you submit become part of the request’s record, visible to the building staff and managers who handle it.
What the service is, and is not
DamnSuper reads the housing code’s published rules, starts the clocks they set, and keeps the record of what happened. Deadlines shown in the app come from the code and from your building’s own service targets. Where an estimate is shown, it is labeled an estimate. The service does not provide legal advice, and nothing in the app is a determination by any government agency — agencies make their own.
Service and liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, DamnSuper Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the date above changes and the current version is always at this address. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
